Mr. Gross has given the go-ahead for the Tekamah-Herman Elementary Halloween parade. It will take place on Friday, October 30th. (Rain date = Monday, November 2nd) at 2:30pm.
TH PTO and TH Schools have one requirement: Anyone passing out the candy must wear a mask and gloves. Please do not have the kids reach into a bowl or bag to get candy.
If you choose to pass out candy, it must be PEANUT FREE and please plan for 300 kids.
