Sweet Corn Festival + Community Day of Giving

Our annual Sweet Corn Festival + Community Day of Giving is on Wednesday,

August 18th from 5-8 pm at the street between Tiger Bowl and Chatterbox. There will be food from Tekamah organizations, a corn eating contest, live music, a beer garden, and so much more!

PTO – Funding goes towards teacher supplies, technology, and new school benches.

Tekamah Fire & Rescue – project funding goes towards training and new equipment for the Tekamah Fire & Rescue

Bryant House – Funding goes towards a new air conditioner for the Bryant House, restoration and maintenance. 

Guy Mytty Wrestling Center– Construction has started, but still need more funds to complete entire wrestling center. Used for Tiger Wrestling Club activities.

Food Pantry Renovation – renovations needed for the Food Pantry building 

Tekamah Pool Fund – donations will go toward the new slide

VFW Hall – donations for funerals and scholarship funds

General Tekamah Community Foundation Fund – donations will go into the community fund to be dispersed to projects as needed.
